鱈魚的肉質是無比的柔嫩又多汁, 面層並不算煎得很香脆, 但就有著一層微帶咖哩香味的薄脆在上, 口感十分特別!! 配菜的雞脾菇就超juicy了~~
令人超高興是, 每份主菜均配以一兜超香超滑的神奇Mashed Potato!!!
